Facial Cupping Massage

A light massage is given to the face and neck, followed by light facial cupping. Small cups are used to gently lift the facial tissue and help stimulate blood flow. Cupping increases circulation to assist in softening tight muscles, loosening adhesions, improving blood flow to the tissues, and draining of excessive fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. This may help reduce visible fine lines and wrinkles by nourishing the skin and relaxing facial muscles.

Drainage techniques specifically over sinuses can assist in reducing sinus congestion and pressure. Essential oils can be added to facilitate further benefits of the treatment.

Therapeutic Benefits
Relieves pressure and congestion from sinus infections or sinusitis – Reduces Headaches and migraines – Reduces symptoms of TMJ dysfunction – Reduces edema (swelling or “puffiness”) in face and neck

***Please note this is not a “Facial”. It is a massage treating the face and neck.

These treatments are performed by an RMT and are covered by insurance plans!

I strongly recommend Amanda Walton; she is a great RMT. I have been getting massages from her for over 1 year and am thoroughly pleased. ‘Hands that Heal’ is a lovely office that offers a wide array of services. I am pleased with the service of all the staff I’ve dealt with

Amazing Acupuncture services and cupping therapy by Longping. She is absolutely a gem and has helped me tremendously with my back pain and muscle spasms. Thank goodness I found her. The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and welcoming. It is always a pleasure going there for my health & wellness.

The staff are skilled, helpful, and so friendly. It was my first time trying acupuncture and the only successful type of treatment in relieving my migraines. Now, I'm a regular!
